Rhinophyma is a tumor-like benign change in the skin of the nose, manifested by hypertrophy of all elements of the nose, which disfigures the human face (everyone has watched the Sponge cartoon and you might immediately think of Squidward).
As all the elements of the skin are enlarged, the size and width of the sebaceous gland ducts are also hypertrophied.
